Over a period of some years, Kesslers have built up a large portfolio of real estate property in the Stratford area. They believed that the advent of the Channel Tunnel Rail link and major infrastructure improvements would put Stratford firmly on the map as an ideal strategic location for all types of business. With it's close links to the Blackwall Tunnel and easy access to the motorway links to the Channel Tunnel and the City of London - they were right.

Managing a growing property portfolio

A dynamic approach to their growing property portfolio was needed alongside the development of two major business parks. And this is where Pritchard Englefield could help.

The first of these developments, Carpenters Business Park has now been completed and with the help of Pritchard Englefield's Property Team has been let to various Blue Chip companies through commercial leases.

And the second phase of the planned International Business Park at Rick Roberts Way is proceeding smoothly with a planned launch date in 2001.
